Circular Construction Materials from Recycled Safety Boots
About
GESCOL transforms industrial footwear waste—primarily safety boots—into high-performance construction materials such as anti-fatigue flooring, acoustic panels, and structural components.
Using a patented mechanical recycling process, we recover polyurethane (PU) from discarded boots and convert it into durable, fire-resistant, and high-load materials. Each product replaces virgin raw materials and avoids more than 9 kg of CO₂ emissions per unit.
Our materials are designed for industrial environments, offering resistance, safety, and ease of installation, while helping companies reduce waste and meet sustainability goals.
By integrating circular economy principles into material production, GESCOL delivers a solution that combines performance, environmental impact, and cost efficiency.
