YUVA is seeking experienced modular timber manufacturers to collaborate on the realization of residential and hospitality projects across the DACH region. We work with a clear, systemized approach to modular construction using solid wood and natural materials, combining architectural quality with efficient execution.

Projects are planned in close coordination and produced off-site under controlled conditions, allowing fast on-site assembly, reduced complexity, and high reliability in cost and timeline. Our focus lies on scalable solutions, from single units to multi-module and multi-story developments.

We are looking for reliable, quality-driven partners with experience in modular or prefabricated timber construction who are interested in long-term collaboration. YUVA brings project pipeline, design expertise, and client interface, while partners focus on production and technical execution.
