WHO WE ARE Founded in 1981 in Bogotá, Colombia, we are a specialized engineering company committed to accelerating sustainable development by delivering high-impact infrastructure under rigorous quality, safety, and environmental standards. WHAT WE DO? End-to-end EPC services—from design and procurement to construction and project management—including erection, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance—covering: earthworks; buildings, roads, and civil infrastructure; substations; transmission lines; electrical distribution networks; telecommunications systems, including fiber-optic networks; electromechanical assemblies; cathodic protection; electric heat tracing; grounding systems; CCTV; monitoring and control systems (SCADA); automation and instrumentation; process piping; hydrocarbon pipelines; mechanical erection and maintenance; pumping stations; and clean power generation. We serve the oil & gas, power & utilities, mining, and industrial sectors. We also develop renewable-energy projects as EPC contractors and investors, and we invest in power-generation assets—photovoltaic plants and transmission lines. ELECTRICAL SUBSTATIONS We build electrical substations up to 500 kV, using AIS, hybrid, and SF₆ gas-insulated (GIS) technologies for generation, transmission, distribution, and reactive compensation systems. TRANSMISSION LINES We build transmission lines from 69 kV to 500 kV, as well as medium-voltage distribution networks from 11.4 kV to 34.5 kV. INVESTMENT PROJECTS J.E.
