we are KO-SI group from Slovenia, Europe, we produce all bedding components (B2B only). We are a group of 3 companies: \- KO-SI: 110 people; , the largest European producer of natural fibres, such as coconut, hemp, wool, sisal, seagrass, horsehair etc. Production of mattresses, upholstered furniture and chair components with an emphasis on sustainability. We produce cca 7.000 tonns of fibers per year. \- Puro tehnika: 70 people; active in the field of foam packaging for various industries such as mattress manufacturing, upholstered furniture manufacturing, caravanning & automotive industry, sports mats, packaging solutions, etc. Our cutting capacities are: 10 horizontal CNC machines, 1 vertical CNC machine, water jet system, 2 robot cells, compression cutting system and from November new molded foam production . We currently process up to 200 tons of foam per month. \- KO-SC: 40 people; Producer of high-quality upholstered furniture, wooden parts, mattress covers, box springs,, e.g. seats, benches, sofas, beds, door panels, etc. specialized in upholstery of small parts and chairs. With its own joinery (also with 5-axis milling technology), sewing (modern equipped with sewing park from Duerkopp-Adler, cutter from Kuris) and tapestry.
