Problem-solving and engineering Academy’s institute for resource- and energy-saving and environmental technologies for the construction industry and other sectors. 

The most valuable results of the years' R&D&D (readiness -top TRLs), both transferable and licensable, and thus are being OFFERed for implementation across Europe and beyond, are: 

• Advanced technology and equipment for production of Quickest-Hardening high-performance HEMPCRETE Blocks.

• Higher/augmented-porosity UltraLight HEMPCRETE Blocks & Panels production.

• Advanced system for the most energy-saving production of calcined-Clay-LIME high-performance Binders (Romancement-like or metakaolin-nanolime) from widespread unused quarry waste, preferably using biomass fuel, - for production of HEMPCRETE blocks/panels and other building products.

• Some other technologies for HEMP-based and biomass-based building products manufacturing.

• The lowest CO2-footprint high-quality porous/aerated concrete (sAAC) (investment- and energy-saving) production using coal fired fly-ash and engineered green romancement-like binder.

• Technology for production of UltraHigh-performance Calcium-based Sorbent/Reagent for Flue gas cleaning - SO2 removal, as well as CO2 separation with recovery possibility for subsequent use in EOR (Enhanced OIL Recovery), removing CO2 from atmosphere and burying it, or for use in other industries.

• Advanced processes for production of c-a-s-h seeds (concrete hardening accelerator).

• Advanced mixers design and production, and other equipment.

The institute has been established in 1996 by the Academy. Since 2003 V.Dolgopolov was appointed as director of the institute and elected as member of the Academy, based on his success in developing and implementing of his new building materials technologies since 1989. He is also the LICENSOR of the institute (the range of his proprietary green technologies, patented in EU and USA, as well as some spin-offs and derivatives).

The activities and consulting for external entities are based on his inter/multi/cross-industry personal professional skills and experience, including (in addition to building materials technologies and thermal physics and processes science and practice): innovations management; intellectual property creation, keeping, defence and transfer/licensing; civil and business law, and others.
