China Construction Technology Consulting Co., Ltd.(CCTC) is a technology-oriented central enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), serves as the national team in the field of urban and rural construction technology in China. It originated from the Central Directly Affiliated Design Corporation, established in 1952.

The main business scope of China Building Technology includes six major sectors: architectural engineering, municipal engineering, planning and consulting, ecological environment, digital intelligence, and cultural heritage. The corporation has 14 secondary subsidiaries, including six enterprises with the "China" prefix and one overseas enterprise. It currently employs over 12,000 people (including overseas staff), with the highest concentration of top-tier engineering and technical talent in the industry, including four academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and 11 national engineering survey and design masters. Technical professionals account for more than 90% of its domestic workforce. The corporation also boasts six national innovation platforms, 11 industry and provincial/ministerial-level innovation platforms, 29 specialized innovation research centers, four postdoctoral research stations, and serves as the host unit for 63 industry societies and associations.
