Keytopic 4.4: Modular Timber Construction: Built in 2 Days. Lasts 100 Years. Leaves Nothing Behind

Format:In-personLocation:Conference Room 1Track:KEYTOPIC 4: DECONSTRUCTION, RECYCLING & REUSE

The construction industry is under pressure — rising costs, delays, and increasing sustainability demands. Modular timber construction offers a different approach: buildings made from regional natural materials, assembled on-site in just 48 hours, with fixed pricing and minimal waste. Scalable from private homes to multi-story residential and hospitality projects, this method shows that speed, sustainability, and quality can go hand in hand. Architect Dilay Türe, founder and CEO of YUVA Timberconcepts, presents a real-world perspective on how circular construction can move from theory into practice.
