Decentralized Food Waste to Biomethane
About
AEL (International Holdings) Limited, a spin-off from the Associated Engineers Group, is headquartered at the Hong Kong InnoCentre. We create an impact in the energy transition space by helping the world move from oil to renewables. Currently, we focus on the Research and Development of on-site technologies to turn food waste into energy and valuable resources.
Our decentralized green energy station converts food waste into biomethane using our patented two-stage anaerobic digester. The system also extracts cooking oil, which can be further processed into biodiesel or Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Furthermore, unlike typical biogas plants that produce compost, our reactor extracts organic protein for use as animal feed. Our system comes with advanced IOT platform that extract key operating data to the cloud server. Our intelligent system enable predictive maintenance and allowing us to conduct remote troubleshooting.
