The Bee Home Housing Program is an innovative residential housing initiative in Hungary aimed at making sustainable, energy-efficient homes more accessible and affordable for families, young adults, and individuals. It offers a modular, prefabricated housing model that emphasises high quality, low energy costs, and predictable build timelines, with homes often completed within 5–7 months. Under the program, participants can join community-oriented housing developments through a long-term rental model — typically over 120 months — with the option to acquire ownership at the end of the term by paying a portion of the current market value. The Bee Home system uses innovative construction techniques and energy-saving design to reduce long-term costs, provide healthy living environments, and support sustainable living.
