OeAD student housing, a subsidiary of OeAD, is a non-profit student residence provider for international and national students for more than 25 years and accommodates approximately 10.000 students per year throughout Austria. Our years of expertise allow us to simplify the search for apartments and rooms for both international and national students, creating excellent conditions for a successful stay in Austria. OeAD student housing serves as a central point of contact for universities, universities of applied sciences, university colleges of education, private universities and other organization. We offer our residents different room categories depending on their individual requirements at all-inclusive prices (no unexpected additional costs). We are considered pioneers in the construction of student residences using passive house construction methods and, by accommodating students in passive houses, we are making a significant contribution to raising awareness of sustainability issues. We rely on the use of solar energy with the help of photovoltaic systems and use every ray of sunlight to generate electricity.
