We are a consulting company specialised in the development and structuring of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and ESCo projects.

To date, we have prepared more than 50 PPP projects across various municipal and public service sectors, all of which are currently being successfully implemented throughout Serbia. These projects include district heating systems, public passenger transport, road and public space maintenance, parking management and public garages, zoo-hygiene and sanitation services, healthcare services, public lighting, energy efficiency improvements, and renewable energy development.

In our work, we apply international standards and methodologies, including the UNECE People-first PPP principles and the UN PIERS (Project Infrastructure Evaluation and Rating System) methodology. We maintain close cooperation with UNECE, particularly in the area of PPPs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.

In addition, I personally serve as one of only 30 international UN PIERS evaluators worldwide, authorized to assess PPP and infrastructure projects in accordance with UN standards.
