How it works

ROCiQ creates a Spatial Digital Twin for every building by combining three layers of intelligence:

• Outdoor Context – climate data, natural hazard risk, solar exposure, air quality, and local energy prices derived from the building's location

• I_ndoor Spatial Model_ – floor plans, zones, and unit positions mapped in a GIS-based indoor model

• Real-Time IoT Data – live sensor readings for temperature, humidity, energy consumption, water, and air quality

Only by connecting all three layers does a building truly understand itself: where energy is being wasted, where risk is accumulating, and what action to take – proactively, not reactively.
