ROCiQ – Spatial Intelligence Platform for Buildings
About
ROCiQ is a spatial intelligence platform that turns existing buildings into smart, efficient, and sustainable assets – without major construction or vendor lock-in.
Most building systems operate in isolation: they measure what's happening inside but ignore the outdoor context that drives most energy and risk decisions. ROCiQ bridges this gap through a Spatial Digital Twin – a living model connecting three layers:
-
Outdoor Context: Climate conditions, natural hazard exposure, solar radiation, air quality, and local energy prices – derived from the building's location
-
Indoor Spatial Model: Floor plans, zones, and unit positions mapped in a GIS-based indoor model
-
Real-Time IoT Data: Continuous sensor streams for temperature, humidity, energy, water, and air quality
This integration enables building operators to predict threats, detect anomalies, receive actionable recommendations, and automate responses – from proactive energy zone optimization to early water damage detection.
Key results for building operators:
-
20–25% reduction in controllable energy costs
-
Early detection of water risks before they escalate into costly incidents
-
Continuous ESG performance monitoring and automated compliance reporting
-
Scalable from a single building to entire property portfolios
-
ROCiQ is designed for retrofit: sensor-based, non-invasive, hardware-agnostic, and operational within weeks.
