Seeking Partners for Residential Autarky Projects

We are actively seeking strong, experienced partners to jointly develop and implement autarky projects in residential housing. Our focus lies on holistic, future-proof concepts that combine energy efficiency, self-sufficiency and intelligent building systems into integrated solutions for modern living.

In previous projects, such as the residential autarky concept implemented in Aschersleben, Germany, we successfully demonstrated how decentralized energy generation, smart control systems and efficient thermal solutions can be combined to significantly reduce external energy dependence. These projects serve as a proven blueprint for scalable, sustainable residential developments.

Building on this experience, we aim to transfer and further develop these concepts in Austria, adapting them to local regulations, construction standards and market requirements. To achieve this, we are looking for reliable partners across the value chain – including developers, general contractors, planners, energy and building technology providers, and system integrators – who share our vision of sustainable and resilient housing.
