We are building Flexdrill. A compact drilling system that makes geothermal energy accessible in places where conventional rigs simply can’t operate. Today, one of the biggest barriers to ground-source heat pumps is drilling. It is expensive, requires large equipment, and often cannot be done in dense urban areas. That limits adoption, even though geothermal is one of the most efficient and stable heating solutions available. Flexdrill changes that. Our system is designed to fit through standard doors and operate in basements, courtyards, and tight urban spaces. This allows drilling exactly where the heat is needed. No large construction sites. No heavy logistics. The goal is simple. Reduce drilling costs and unlock geothermal for millions of buildings that are currently excluded. We are currently building our first prototypes and working closely with industry partners to validate the system in real-world conditions. If you are interested in geothermal, drilling technology, or the future of heating infrastructure, let’s talk.
A compact, modular drilling system designed for ground source heat pump installations in residential areas. Enables drilling in confined spaces with lower cost, minimal site impact, and simplified operation.
We are developing a compact drilling system for residential geothermal heat pumps and are looking for partners from drilling, construction, and energy planning to test and refine it in real projects.
We are developing a compact drilling system for residential geothermal heat pumps and are raising pre-seed funding to complete development and validate the technology in pilot projects.
