Papertown e.U. is a Vienna-based studio building architecture from paper and cardboard. Since 2012 we have designed and produced exhibition stands, installations, scenographies and spatial experiences from corrugated board: modular, flat-pack, fully recyclable, without MDF, composites or plastic laminates. Our projects range from temporary corporate events to permanent exhibition architectures for international brands. More than 600 projects realized, B1 fire-class certified, with a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to conventional stand-building systems. Core capabilities: - Sustainable Exhibition Architecture: trade fair stands, pop-ups and exhibition systems built from cardboard - Circular Product Formats: ESPR- and PPWR-ready solutions for events, trade shows and retail environments - Living Paper: our scalable format for temporary spatial transformation, combining paper architecture with projection We work with companies that want to make their event, trade fair and exhibition footprints future-proof under the upcoming EU regulations (ESPR from 2027 onwards). Typical clients: trade fair organizers, corporate event teams, architecture firms, and agencies with a sustainability mandate. At Build'n Green 2026 we are looking for: conversations with architects and planners around temporary spatial solutions in the circular economy context, material manufacturers and recycling specialists for partnerships, and event and congress organizers rethinking exhibition architecture under the new EU sustainability standards . www.papertown.at · www.living-paper.com
