SSH-System Ltd. launched its research and development activities five years ago with the aim of creating The SSH Boards, an innovative, straw-based family of insulating materials. As part of the project, the company has developed its own production machinery and technology to ensure efficient and local manufacturing. Its goal is to make straw-based insulation a widely accessible, competitive, and environmentally friendly alternativefor the construction industry, thereby contributing to a significant reduction in the sector’s environmental impact. The resulting construction product is suitable for large-scale production, competitive on international markets, and supports a sustainable future. As an insulation material manufacturer, the company targets building material distributors, construction contractors, and real estate developers. Technology partnership: Our goal is to promote the widespread adoption of sustainable straw insulation manufacturing in the construction industry. We aim to establish local production bases, continuously improve our technology, and expand through strategic partnerships. Our SSH V1.2 SSH-Boards sewing machine will be available for purchase and the technology for licencing starting in autumn 2026.
